Call Time Wellness Detox in Arkansas today to begin your recovery from addiction.

Time Wellness Detox offers residential inpatient rehab for residents throughout Arkansas, including those in Little Rock. Our licensed facility in Springdale is approximately 3.5 hours northwest of Little Rock. In our structured, healing environment, you’ll receive 24/7 clinical support, evidence-based therapy, and personalized treatment designed to address not just your addiction, but its underlying causes.

What Is Inpatient & Residential Rehab?

Inpatient rehab, also called residential rehab, is the highest level of addiction treatment outside of a hospital setting. When you’re in residential treatment, you live at the facility full-time and participate in a structured daily schedule of therapy, medical care, and recovery-focused activities.

This level of care is recommended when:

  • Substance use is severe or long-standing
  • Previous outpatient treatment attempts have not been successful
  • There is a co-occurring mental health disorder requiring integrated care
  • The home environment poses a significant risk for relapse
  • Alcohol or drug detox has recently been completed and continued support is needed

Unlike outpatient programs where clients return home each day, residential rehab removes you entirely from the environments that fuel substance use. This gives you the space and stability to focus completely on your healing.

A Day in Residential Rehab

Structure is one of the most powerful tools in early recovery. At Time Wellness, every day in our residential program is purposefully designed to support your physical stabilization, psychological healing, and personal growth.

While schedules are tailored to each client’s treatment plan, a typical day may look like this:

  1. Morning — A healthy breakfast, a brief mindfulness or wellness activity, and individual check-ins with clinical staff to set intentions for the day
  2. Mid-Morning — Individual therapy session with your assigned therapist, focusing on your personal goals, trauma history, or cognitive patterns
  3. Late Morning — Group therapy, where you’ll connect with peers in recovery, share experiences, and build interpersonal skills in a facilitated setting
  4. Afternoon — Specialty therapy sessions, which may include EMDR, family therapy, DBT skills groups, or holistic therapies such as breathwork or yoga
  5. Evening — Psychoeducation groups focused on relapse prevention, coping skills, and understanding addiction; time for reflection and journaling
  6. Night — Downtime, healthy meals, and rest in a calm, comfortable environment with staff available around the clock

No two days are identical, and no two treatment plans are the same. Your schedule will evolve as you progress through the program.

Our Clinical Approach

At Time Wellness, we treat addiction as a complex medical condition with physical, psychological, emotional, and social dimensions. Our clinical approach integrates multiple evidence-based modalities to address all of them.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): CBT helps clients identify the distorted thinking patterns that drive substance use and replace them with healthier, more accurate ways of thinking and responding to stress, triggers, and cravings.
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT): DBT equips clients with practical skills in four core areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. These skills are foundational to life in recovery.
  • EMDR Therapy: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is an evidence-based trauma therapy that helps clients safely process painful past experiences — experiences that often sit at the root of addictive behavior.
  • Trauma Therapy: Our trauma-informed therapists provide structured, safe treatment for clients whose substance use is connected to adverse life experiences, abuse, loss, or other forms of trauma.
  • Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT): For clients with opioid or alcohol use disorder, FDA-approved medications such as naltrexone and Vivitrol are used alongside therapy to reduce cravings, minimize relapse risk, and support engagement in treatment.
  • Holistic Therapy: Recovery involves the whole person. Holistic approaches — including breathwork, yoga, mindfulness, and wellness practices — help restore physical balance and emotional regulation during and after residential treatment.
  • Family Therapy: Addiction affects the entire family system. Our family therapy program involves loved ones in the healing process, addressing communication breakdowns, codependency, and the relational wounds that often accompany substance use disorder.

Dual Diagnosis Treatment

The relationship between addiction and mental health is deeply interconnected. Research consistently shows that a significant portion of people with substance use disorder also live with a co-occurring mental health condition. Many have never received a proper diagnosis.

Common co-occurring conditions we treat alongside addiction include:

  • Depression and persistent low mood
  • Anxiety disorders and panic disorder
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
  • Trauma and complex trauma (C-PTSD)

At Time Wellness, every client is screened for co-occurring mental health conditions during intake. When a dual diagnosis is identified, we treat both conditions simultaneously. Our integrated approach gives clients a far stronger and more durable foundation for long-term recovery.

Length of Stay & What Comes Next

The appropriate length of stay in residential rehab varies based on the individual. Most residential programs at Time Wellness range from 30 to 90 days, with treatment plans reviewed and updated regularly throughout.

Completing residential rehab is a significant milestone. But recovery doesn’t stop when you leave our facility. Before you finish your program, our clinical team will work closely with you to develop a personalized aftercare plan that supports your transition back to daily life or into a step-down level of clinical care.

Your aftercare plan may include connections to:

  • Outpatient treatment programs in the Little Rock area for continued therapy after residential care
  • Sober living homes that offer a structured, substance-free living environment during early recovery
  • Peer support and 12-step groups in Little Rock, including Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous meetings throughout Pulaski County
  • Mental health providers for ongoing psychiatric care and therapy

We don’t just discharge you and wish you luck. We help you build the network and plan you need to stay well.

Why Little Rock Residents Choose Time Wellness for Inpatient Rehab

Residents of Little Rock and Pulaski County travel to our Springdale facility (about 3.5 hours away) because the level of care we provide is worth the drive.

Here’s what consistently brings people through our doors:

  • Distance from triggers. Removing yourself from the environment, routines, and relationships associated with substance use is one of the most clinically valuable aspects of inpatient rehab. The 3.5-hour drive from Little Rock creates meaningful separation that supports deeper focus on recovery.
  • Individualized treatment plans. We don’t offer cookie-cutter programs. Every client’s plan is built around their specific history, goals, and clinical needs.
  • Integrated dual diagnosis care. We treat addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions together — which is essential for lasting results.
  • Small client-to-staff ratio. Our intimate program size means you’re known by name, not by a case number.
  • A full continuum of care. For clients who need detox before residential treatment, we provide both — ensuring continuity and no gaps in your care.
  • State-licensed and LegitScript-verified. Our programs meet Arkansas’s highest standards for addiction treatment quality and safety.
  • Aftercare connections. We actively connect clients to Little Rock-area resources before they leave, so the transition home is supported rather than abrupt.
